Most web design pricing is vague until you sign up — and even then it often grows once you're committed. We do it differently: one fixed fee to build your site, one flat monthly rate to keep it running and improving. Here's exactly what's included in each.
The £500 build fee includes
one-off- Custom website design (up to 5 pages — Home, About, Services, Contact, plus one more)
- Mobile-responsive layout, tested across devices
- On-page SEO foundation (page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, sitemap)
- A working contact form connected to your email
- Basic copywriting guidance (you provide the content, we help shape it for the web)
- Site goes live on our hosting from day one
The £150/month includes
per month- Website hosting, security monitoring, and regular backups
- Up to 2 content or blog post updates per month, written for you
- Ongoing SEO — monitoring rankings, improving pages, building on-page optimisation monthly
- Email/phone support for small changes and questions
- No setup fees. 3-month minimum, then rolling monthly — cancel with 30 days' notice

Pricing FAQ
Are there any hidden fees?
- No. £500 covers the build. £150/month covers everything to keep your site live, updated, and optimised. If you ever want extra work outside the monthly plan (e.g. a major redesign or extra pages), we’ll always price that separately and clearly before starting.
What if I need more than 5 pages?
- Just let us know — we’ll give you a clear, fixed price for the extra pages before any work starts.
Can I pay annually instead of monthly?
- Get in touch and we can discuss an annual option.
What happens if I cancel?
- There’s a 3-month minimum from your launch date — this gives the SEO work enough time to show meaningful results. After that, the plan rolls monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. We’ll provide a full handover so you can host the site elsewhere.
