A custom website for £500. Then £150 a month. That's it.

No surprise invoices, no agency retainers, no “final cost on request.” One fixed build fee, one simple monthly rate that keeps your site hosted, updated, and visible on Google.

How it works

Three steps. No jargon.

  1. Tell us about your business

A short call or form. We learn what you do, who you sell to, and what the site needs to achieve.

  2. We design and build your site

A custom site built around your business, not a template with your logo dropped in. Typically live within 2–3 weeks.

  3. You launch — we keep it running

From day one, your £150/month covers hosting, security, content updates, and ongoing SEO. You focus on your business; we keep the site working for it.

Common questions

Is £500 really the full cost of the build?

Yes. £500 covers the full design and build of your site (up to 5 pages). There’s no separate “launch fee” or hidden setup cost. The only ongoing cost is the £150/month for hosting, updates, and SEO.

What happens if I want to cancel?

There’s a 3-month minimum from your launch date. After that, the plan rolls monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. If you cancel, we provide a full handover so you can host the site elsewhere — nothing is held back.

Do I own the website?

Yes, the site and its content are yours. The monthly fee covers hosting and the ongoing work we do to maintain and improve it.

How is this different from using Wix or Squarespace?

DIY builders are cheaper upfront but you're doing the design, writing, and SEO work yourself. We build it properly and keep it updated and optimised for you — without you needing to learn a website builder.
